Plot Summary
The film begins with Rayudu (Prabhu), the heir of Gandharva Mahal, a heritage palace that belongs to the royal dynasty of Rudramaneni. Rayudu lives in the outhouse with his wife and two daughters, Visalakshi (Panchi Bora) and Jagadhamba (Deeksha Seth). He rents out different portions of the palace to various tenants to make ends meet. Some of the tenants misuse his generosity and try to take over the palace.
Manoj (Manoj Manchu), a young and energetic guy, arrives as a new tenant and befriends Rayudu. He also notices an old insane woman named Amrutha Valli (Lakshmi Manchu) wandering around the palace. He scares away the greedy tenants with a fake horror play and restores Rayudu's authority. He also falls in love with Jagadhamba after initially quarreling with her.
Rayudu decides to give away the palace as dowry for Visalakshi's marriage and asks the tenants to vacate. However, one night, Manoj comes to Rayudu with a bloodied nose and claims that he was attacked by a supernatural power in the palace. He warns him not to give away the palace as it belongs to his father, Rudramaneni Narsimha Rayudu (Nandamuri Balakrishna).
The film then goes back to the past, where Narsimha Rayudu is a benevolent ruler who is respected as a god by his people. He loves Gandharva Mahal and his sister Jagadhamba (Aishwarya). Based on his father's promise, he marries off Jagadhamba to Phanindra Bhupati (Sonu Sood), a wicked man who pretends to be poor. Narsimha Rayudu gives half of his wealth and property, including Gandharva Mahal, to his sister and leaves the palace. He also gives one-fourth of his share to his loyal friend Seshayya (Bhanuchander).
Phanindra Bhupati reveals his true colors and tortures Jagadhamba for her wealth. He also kills Seshayya and tries to kill Narsimha Rayudu, who returns to save his sister. Narsimha Rayudu fights bravely but is stabbed by Phanindra Bhupati's men. He dies in his sister's arms after setting fire to Gandharva Mahal.
The film returns to the present, where Rayudu realizes that Manoj is the reincarnation of Narsimha Rayudu and Amrutha Valli is the reincarnation of Jagadhamba. He also learns that Phanindra Bhupati has reincarnated as Bhoopathi (Sonu Sood), a powerful politician who wants to acquire Gandharva Mahal for his own purposes.
Bhoopathi arrives at Gandharva Mahal with his men and tries to kill Rayudu and his family. Manoj and Amrutha Valli join forces with the ghost of Narsimha Rayudu and fight back against Bhoopathi and his goons. They manage to defeat Bhoopathi and restore peace in Gandharva Mahal.
The film ends with Manoj marrying Jagadhamba and Amrutha Valli reuniting with Nars aa16f39245
